Mindfulness & Healing Arts for All Ages

Our Mission

Uthrive Wellness Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to sharing mindfulness and healing arts modalities with individuals of all ages, empowering them to achieve inner peace, self-regulation, and full self-expression. We believe mindfulness and healing practices should be accessible to all — offering tools that support the mind, body, and spirit while honoring each person's unique journey.

Our Programs

Enrichment Program

Our Healing Arts Enrichment Program brings mindfulness, creative expression, and social-emotional learning into schools and community spaces. Students explore meditation, breathwork, expressive arts, and movement to build self-awareness, resilience, and compassion.

Corporate Wellness

We offer mindfulness-based wellness workshops for organizations and workplaces. Our sessions help teams reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate a culture of well-being through guided meditation, breathwork, and reflective practices.

Heart to Art

Heart to Art is a program designed to nurture the whole child — mind, body, and spirit — through creative expression and mindful awareness. Sessions combine guided meditation with hands-on art activities, giving children a safe and joyful space to explore their inner world.

Yoga & Mindfulness

Our yoga and mindfulness classes are designed for all levels and ages. We offer classes for children, teens, adults, and families, incorporating breathwork, movement, and meditation to support overall well-being.

Breathwork

Breathwork sessions guide participants through intentional breathing techniques that calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and promote deep relaxation. Suitable for all ages and experience levels.

Sound Healing

Our sound healing sessions use instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tools to create a deeply restorative experience. Sound vibrations help reduce stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance to the body and spirit.

Our Approach

We believe healing and growth happen through safety, connection, creativity, play, movement, and mindful awareness. When the nervous system feels safe, people are better able to regulate, learn, and connect. Our work is designed to support this foundation through accessible, experiential practices.

UThrive Sponsors Art and Mindfulness Workshops

At Uthrive, we believe in planting seeds of compassion and love in the hearts of our young participants. Recently, we gathered a wonderful group of young ladies to explore the theme of compassion through engaging discussions and creative activities. During our book reading, we delved into what it truly means to be compassionate and how to lead with an open heart. The conversation was inspiring and filled with insights. Afterward, the girls had a fantastic time expressing their creativity by making bookmarks and wish boxes, each a unique reflection of their thoughts and feelings. One of the older girls beautifully captured the essence of our session when she wrote, 'If you wanna feel loved, you have to love yourself first.' We are grateful for these moments of connection and creativity, and we look forward to nurturing more compassion and love in our community!

Uthrive, in collaboration with Inner Power Yoga Studio, recently facilitated a heartfelt yoga and mindfulness class designed for teens and their parents. It was truly a beautiful experience. Together, we explored the concepts of mindfulness and self-awareness, discussing how these practices can be integrated into our daily lives.

Introducing Heart to Art

We are introducing the concepts of mindfulness, art, and social and emotional practices with the youngest of students. Through the mediums of expressive art and meditation children will be inspired, allowing their feelings to emerge as they learn how to process, and express themselves in the most positive ways. This helps with their self-awareness, compassion, and emotional intelligence.

Holiday Reading at 7811 Gallery

Alison was recently featured at 7811 Gallery, where she read from her book, 'Planting Seeds for a New Tomorrow: An Inner Child's Tale.' She passionately shares her own inner child healing journey, a theme that resonates throughout many of the programs offered by the non-profit. Alison's healing work and insights are beautifully illustrated in her book, inviting readers to explore their paths to healing and self-discovery.

Inner Child Heart Wish Meditation

Hold a seed to your heart, (either an actual seed or a symbolic one) and make your wish of what you want to happen. Imagine your wish taking on physical form. Blow on your seed giving it the breath of life. If you have a physical seed, you can plant it in the soil and water it. If your seed is symbolic, imagine yourself planting it in your heart place and watering it with loving kindness and care.
